He is the founder and Managing Director of E.I.A. Projects Pty Ltd, a civil engineering and environment consultancy firm where he has provided leadership guided by sustainable value creation. Dr Tsheboeng has work experience in countries including Botswana, Republic of Georgia, Kenya, Lao PDR, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.
